Terms of Use

1. The Service

AbantSMS provides a temporary virtual phone number for the service and country you choose and shows the SMS verification code received on that number in the app. Numbers and SMS messages are sourced from the third-party provider 5SIM (5sim.net).

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Account

No sign-up is required. The app creates an anonymous account on your device; your balance and numbers are tied to it. You are responsible for the security of your device.

3. Tokens

• Tokens are a prepaid digital item purchased in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Tokens don't expire as long as your account exists. Unused tokens are lost when the account is deleted.
• Most numbers cost 1 token; the token price of each number is shown before you buy it.
• Pack and token prices may change. Changes don't affect purchases already made.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Tokens come with a subscription: the weekly plan gives 1 token every week and the yearly plan gives 12 tokens every year. Tokens are added to your account at purchase and at every renewal.
• Extra token packs are offered only to users with an active subscription.
• Subscriptions and packs are purchased through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple Account by Apple. The App Store shows the price in your local currency, and it may vary by country.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription on your iPhone in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; tokens already granted for that period stay in your account.

5. Refunds

• If no SMS arrives before the number expires, or you cancel the number before an SMS arrives, the token spent is refunded to your balance automatically.
• No token refund is given once an SMS has been received on the number.
• Money refunds for subscriptions and packs are subject to Apple's refund process and policies. If Apple refunds a purchase, the tokens granted with it are deducted from your balance.

6. Numbers

• Numbers are temporary and meant for a single activation. A number is reserved for you for a period set by the provider (usually 15–20 minutes); during that time you can request another SMS on the same number.
• Numbers may have been used by other people before.
• SMS delivery is not guaranteed for every service and country. The app shows each country's delivery rate before you choose.
• You may not be able to get the same number again to access an account later. We recommend using your own number for accounts you intend to keep.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service for:

• fraud, impersonation or misleading others;
• spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or harassment;
• any illegal activity;
• bypassing bans on a service or violating third parties' terms of use;
• creating fake accounts at scale;
• any other use that breaks applicable law.

8. Suspension

In case of abuse or a breach of these terms we may suspend or close your account without prior notice.

9. Apple EULA

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. These terms add to it; where they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Delivery of numbers and SMS messages depends on third-party providers and carriers; we don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the transaction in question. We are not responsible for the decisions or rules of third-party services (for example, the apps you enter the number in).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
